Product Description
The AIRPLATE S3 is engineered to cool home theatres, entertainment centres, and audio-video cabinets with utmost silence. It features a speed controller and a 6-foot power cord for flexible setup. The included fans utilize a custom motor design to minimize noise even during speed adjustments, certified by CE, UL, TUV, and RoHS. With dual ball bearings rated at 67,000 hours, the unit can be mounted in any orientation. The sleek CNC machined aluminium frame adds a modern touch with its brushed black finish. By default, the fans are configured to exhaust air out of the frame, but this can be easily reversed for intake using a screwdriver. All necessary hardware is included for hassle-free mounting onto a cabinet, with power options including a USB port or standard wall outlet.
Speed Controller and Boost Adapter
The in-line multi-speed controller, featuring a power switch, enables precise adjustment of fan speed to achieve the desired balance between noise and airflow. The included Boost Adapter not only facilitates powering the fan via a wall outlet but also enhances performance by up to 25%.
Connecting Additional Units
For cabinets requiring increased airflow, multiple units can be interconnected with additional AIRPLATE S and T series cabinet fans. Up to four fans can share the same USB power source, and up to six fans can share the same thermal controller or wall outlet power source. AIRPLATE S3/T3 contains one fan, AIRPLATE S7/T7 contains two fans, and AIRPLATE S9/T9 contains three fans.
