PRODUCT DETAILS:
The CLOUDPLATE T1 is an intelligent cooling fan system designed to mount onto a wide range of 19-inch racks, providing quiet or high airflow cooling as required. By maintaining an optimal temperature for rack-mount equipment, it prevents overheating, ensures consistent performance, and extends the lifespan of the equipment. The LCD digital controller features a programmable thermostat with automated speed control, alarm warnings, status alerts, and backup memory.
Housed in solid aluminum construction, the unit occupies one rack unit of space (1U). Each aluminum frame is anodized with a light-brush finish, with CNC-machined corners and chamfered edges for a high-end professional appearance. Equipped with six custom-engineered dual-ball bearing fans rated at 67,000 hours, certified by CE, UL, TUV, and RoHS, the fans are configured to exhaust heated air and should be positioned near the top of the rack. An intake version of this model is available separately.
This complete kit includes the 1U fan unit, corded 6-ft thermal probe, user’s manual, rack mount screws, cage nuts, and corded 6-ft power supply.
INTELLIGENT COOLING:
Programming features an easy-to-use thermostat and SMART mode that automatically adjusts the fan’s speed based on varying temperatures. Additional features include alarm alerts, fan failure triggers, power-saving settings, display lock, and backup memory. Six fan speeds are available with three screen brightness settings. An expansion port behind the unit can control another CLOUDPLATE unit or an AC Infinity rack roof dual-fan kit.
PERFORMANCE AND APPLICATIONS:
This 1U rack cooling system offers programmable fan speed control, making it suitable for a wide range of rack mount applications. With a noise level as low as 8 dBA, it can be used in environments where minimal noise is required, such as home theaters, studios, DJ setups, and audio-video racks. The maximum airflow rating of 60 CFM ensures sufficient cooling for server, network, IT, and equipment racks requiring high airflow.
