This intelligent cooling fan system is engineered to be mounted onto a wide range of 19-inch racks, offering both quiet and high airflow cooling solutions. Maintaining optimal temperatures for rack-mount equipment is crucial for preventing overheating and ensuring consistent performance and longevity. The LCD digital controller features a programmable thermostat with automated speed control, alarm warnings, status alerts, and backup memory. Housed in solid aluminium construction, this system occupies one rack unit (1U) of space. Each aluminium frame is meticulously anodized with a light-brush finish, while corners are CNC-machined and edges chamfered for a premium, professional appearance. The system comprises six custom-engineered dual-ball bearing fans, each boasting an impressive 67,000-hour lifespan and certifications from CE, UL, TUV, and RoHS. Configured for front exhaust, these fans expel heated air from the front and are ideally positioned near the top of the rack. The kit includes the 1U fan unit, a corded 6-ft thermal probe, user’s manual, rack mount screws, cage nuts, and a corded 6-ft power supply.
Intelligent Cooling
Programming options include an intuitive thermostat and a SMART mode that dynamically adjusts fan speed based on temperature fluctuations. Additional features encompass alarm alerts, fan failure triggers, power-saving settings, display lock, and backup memory. Users can select from six fan speeds and three screen brightness settings. The unit also features an expansion port at the rear for controlling another CLOUDPLATE unit or an AC Infinity rack roof dual-fan kit.

This 1U rack cooling system offers programmable fan speed control, catering to a diverse range of rack mount applications. With noise levels as low as 8 dBA, it is suitable for environments requiring minimal noise, such as home theatres, studios, DJ setups, and audio video racks. The maximum airflow rating of 180 CFM ensures efficient cooling for server racks, network equipment, IT infrastructure, and other equipment requiring high airflow.
