PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
The Controller 1 offers temperature-trigger functionality tailored for USB fans and devices, including AC Infinity AIRPLATE Series cabinet fans and MULTIFAN Series component fans. Compact and versatile, measuring 3.2 by 1.4 by 0.5 inches, this unit boasts an aluminum backplate that facilitates surface mounting onto wall panels and cabinets. It comes equipped with a 6-foot precision thermal probe, ensuring accurate temperature monitoring even in demanding environments. The complete kit includes the thermal trigger unit, thermal probe, mounting screws, and an instruction manual.
PROGRAMMING:
Featuring four pre-set temperature triggers along with an ON and OFF mode, the controller offers versatility in temperature control. The pre-set triggers are at 84°F, 88°F, 92°F, and 96°F, supplemented by a 4°F buffer to prevent rapid cycling of fans due to minor temperature fluctuations.
COMPATIBILITY:
The Controller 1 can power up to 10 watts worth of USB devices and fans, accommodating approximately six fans. However, it's important to note that certain models may contain more than one fan. For instance, dual-fan systems like the AIRPLATE S7 or MULTIFAN S5 contain two fans, allowing the controller to power up to three of these models, totaling six fans. Additionally, the controller can utilize the USB wall adapter included with AIRPLATE S-series fans to be powered through an outlet.
