Product Description:
The Controller 2 is specifically engineered to regulate AC Infinity AIRPLATE Series cabinet fans and MULTIFAN Series component fans. Measuring 5.2 by 3.1 by 1.1 inches, it sports a backlit LCD digital display capable of showing temperature readings in Fahrenheit or Celsius. Encased in a sturdy metal frame with a brushed anodized aluminum finish, it can be easily mounted onto wall panels and cabinets up to 1.25 inches thick. The backside features two USB fan ports, one power port, and one thermal probe port. It comes with a 6-foot precision thermal probe that is water-resistant, allowing for accurate temperature monitoring. The operating temperature range can be set between 32 to 140 degrees Fahrenheit. The comprehensive kit includes the thermal controller, mounting screws, plastic stencil, instruction manual, and a 100-125V AC wall adapter.
Programming:
Equipped with an onboard processor and active temperature monitoring, the controller offers intelligent programming that automatically adjusts fan speeds based on temperature fluctuations. Its array of features includes an alarm system for temperature alerts, display lock or off options during program execution, six fan speeds for customization, three backlight settings for visibility, two buffer options for enhanced performance, and power failure memory for uninterrupted operation.
Compatibility:
The Controller 2 can efficiently power up to 10 watts of AC Infinity AIRPLATE and MULTIFAN Series fans. While it can support approximately six fans, it's important to note that certain models contain multiple fans within a single unit. For instance, dual fan systems like the AIRPLATE S7 or MULTIFAN S5 comprise two fans each. Therefore, the controller can power up to three of these models, totaling six fans. Additionally, other 5V USB fans may be compatible but may not fully utilize the speed control feature.
