This intelligent cooling fan system is engineered for mounting onto a wide range of 19-inch racks, providing quiet or high airflow cooling as needed. Maintaining an optimal temperature for rack-mount equipment is essential to prevent overheating and ensure consistent performance and longevity. The LCD digital controller boasts a programmable thermostat with automated speed control, alarm warnings, status alerts, and backup memory. Encased in a solid aluminum construction occupying one rack unit of space (1U), each frame undergoes anodization with a light-brush finish and precise CNC machining of corners and edges for a professional appearance. Equipped with six custom-engineered dual-ball bearing fans rated at 67,000 hours and certified by CE, UL, TUV, and RoHS, the system exhausts heated air out the rear and should be positioned near the top of the rack. A front exhaust version is available separately. This comprehensive kit includes the 1U fan unit, a corded 6-ft thermal probe, user manual, rack mount screws, cage nuts, and a corded 6-ft power supply.
Intelligent Cooling:
The system's programming features a user-friendly thermostat and a SMART mode that automatically adjusts fan speed in response to temperature changes. Additional capabilities include alarm alerts, fan failure triggers, power-saving settings, display lock, and backup memory. Six fan speeds are available, along with three screen brightness settings. An expansion port behind the unit enables control of another CLOUDPLATE unit or an AC Infinity rack roof dual-fan kit.
